These Terms and Conditions govern use of Goliath Business Suite and its apps, including the Text-Back App. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Goliath Business Suite provides simple business apps. The Text-Back App sends one follow-up text message, from a business's number, offering help when a call to that business goes unanswered.
Text messaging terms
- Texts are sent only to people who contacted the business first by calling.
- One follow-up text is sent for an unanswered call. Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share phone numbers or consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Businesses using the apps
A business using the Text-Back App agrees to message only people who contacted it first, to honor STOP requests immediately, to follow applicable laws, and not to use the app for spam, deceptive, unlawful or harassing messages. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, or try to access it without permission.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee that any message will be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Goliath Business Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
