This Privacy Policy explains how Goliath Business Suite ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our apps, including the Text-Back App. Businesses that use our apps are our customers. People who call those businesses are not our customers, and we handle their information carefully.
Information we handle
- Phone numbers of people who call a business that uses the Text-Back App, and the time and result of the call (for example, unanswered).
- Text messages sent by the app and any replies sent back, including STOP and HELP.
- Business account details that a business gives us to set up its app, such as its business name and phone number.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the app for the business: to send one follow-up text message offering help after an unanswered call, to log what happened, to honor opt-outs, and to answer questions. Texts go only to people who contacted the business first by calling.
We never sell or share your number or consent for marketing
We do not sell your phone number or your consent. We do not share your phone number or your consent with third parties for marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else can see it
We use service providers, such as a text-messaging and phone provider, only to carry out the service, meaning to deliver the message and route calls. They may not use the information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people's safety or our rights.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out. We will stop texting that number, and you may receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP to get help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep information
We keep call and message records only as long as needed to provide the service, to remember opt-outs, and to meet legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our apps are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
